Colorado October 2026

Every year I tell myself I’ll stay home and give the San Juan mountains a rest, and every year the aspens win. This was my third fall chasing color in Colorado, and 2026 gave me most everything I hoped for: perfect light and groves glowing gold from valley floor to ridgeline. Thanks again to Nick Selway and Joe Garza for guiding another unforgettable trip.
